Steve Schmidt, M.S.
Steve works to build a therapeutic relationship that will foster personal growth, and healing. His primary mode of therapy incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for those especially difficult thoughts. Steve believes in exploring positive and value driven ways to cope with life's challenges, while working to gain insight into the origins of these uncomfortable thoughts and emotions. Steve works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family/relationship distress and more.
