Insurance 

Insurances we accept include:

• Highmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Capital Blue Cross 
• Optum/United Health Care
• Quest

*At this time we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or Cigna.

**A private pay rate of $150 is available for individuals who have insurances we do not accept, as well as for those who choose to pay directly.

Please reach out to your insurance company with any questions - this is the fastest and most comprehensive way to get answers.  

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. 

Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

***Payment in full is due at the time of service - no exceptions of any kind. 

Cancellation Policy 

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the late fee of $110.
