Meet Oscar Morand
Oscar was rescued in December 2019. Oscar is a Cockapoo with a sweet
demeanor. He had a tough life before he found his forever home with Dr. Lee.
He's an "officer in training" so we are patiently waiting for him to catch up with
his older brother Jackson re: greeting clients.
